At the end of 2023 I rediscovered my twelve-year-old Fujifilm FinePix X10. Ever since I took it everywhere and enjoyed shooting with my old camera again. And as the saying goes, joy shared is joy doubled. So, what could be better than sharing it? I wanted to share my joy of photography with others, and the idea for the #OneYearOneCamera was born.
In 2024, the camera traveled to twelve different individuals, each capturing their unique stories and perspectives through the same lens for a month. A wide variety of people came forward to take part in the project. The results truly show that anyone can be an artist.
In times, when most photos are lost in digital libraries and often do not even get looked at twice, I wanted to find a way for the photos to unfold their full potential. That’s why the project ended in an exhibition and a calendar for 2025, featuring one photo for every month.
More information about the project can be found here.

"One year, one camera, one incredible adventure for everybody!
Connecting people through the art of photography, unveiling their unique perspectives and experiences – what can better reflect the essence of what we’re doing. And we are happy to see it works!"
